Mailing list and email marketing
The mailing list and email campaigns are managed through Squarespace.
If you choose to subscribe, your contact information is stored within Squarespace's mailing-list and Contacts systems and may be used to send occasional news about new paintings, exhibitions, studio updates, events and related activity. Squarespace confirms that mailing-list information can be stored directly within its platform.
Joining the mailing list is optional.
Marketing emails sent through Squarespace contain an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, Squarespace removes your details from the relevant mailing lists.
You may also request to unsubscribe by contacting info@hannahivorybaker.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent me from contacting you where necessary in relation to an existing purchase, commission or enquiry.
Payments
Online payments are processed using Stripe.
Depending on eligibility and the payment method selected at checkout, customers may also be offered Klarna or Clearpay.
Stripe processes payment information on my behalf. Klarna and Clearpay may process information independently where their services are selected by a customer. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the information they process.
Squarespace currently supports Stripe as a third-party payment processor and allows Klarna and Clearpay to be offered alongside Stripe for eligible transactions.
I do not store complete debit or credit card details.

This website is hosted by Squarespace.
Squarespace provides services including website hosting, ecommerce functionality, forms, mailing-list management, email campaigns and certain website analytics.
Squarespace may therefore process technical and personal information on my behalf where necessary to provide these services.
